It also enhances the safety of flights with two features. The onboard low battery alert notifies pilots when it's time to return or land, preventing unwanted power depletion during flight. Moreover, the out-of-range warning serves as an added layer of protection, alerting users if the seaplane ventures too far from the controller.
- DURABILITY, RESILIENCE & ADAPTABILITY: Made from crash-resistant EPP material, this plane is designed to withstand impacts, reducing the risk of damage during minor crashes or rough landings. Stands out with its advanced waterproof design, offering pilots peace of mind during over-water adventures. Notably, should the unexpected happen and the plane capsizes on the water, its built-in features and controls ensure it isn't stranded, it can still be maneuvered back.

I recently got the Z62 RC plane, and it's a blast to fly! However, at $70, it feels a bit steep for something made of Styrofoam. Other than that, this wonder offers impressive features, like 3 channels and over 24 minutes of flight time. It's versatile, easy to launch, and has two-speed modes for all skill levels. Safety features like low battery and out-of-range alerts are a plus. It's durable and waterproof, making it great for water adventures. Being 'Ready-to-Fly' makes it accessible to all ages. While it's a tad pricey, it's a fantastic flying machine for enthusiasts. I think if this is for a young child its way overpriced as it wont last long, but if this is for a bigger kid or an adult "child" then its still pricey but would probably last much longer if taken care of.

I am glad to have the DEERC RC Amphibious plane because it comes almost complete with everything needed to fly the plane. I just had to supply the 3 AAA batteries that power the controller, and a USB charger for the plane batteries. The package comes with 2 batteries, one to operate the plane and the other for spare. Also, in case of a bad crash, it comes with a couple of replacement propellers.Even as a novice RC flyer, I found the remote controller quite intuitive to use. The User Manual explains how the joysticks and buttons are used. But knowing how the controller is used is very different from actually flying the plane. I have crashed this plane so many times since I got it, but it has not been seriously damaged so far. It is light and durable and I expect that my grandkids and I will have many hours of fun flying this plane. Maybe they will even succeed in teaching me how to fly it.

So this little rc plane/boat is a lot of fun but it definitely takes some practice, it goes across calm water pretty good, but if the water is even a little choppy it capsizes easy, a cool thing about that though is if it does capsize you can still control it and get back to the shoreline to flip it back over, it also hovers across the ground pretty good too, it hovers a lot better though on flat surfaces and it's easier to control, it does fly really good and it has some good speed in the air and it's pretty easy to control in the air, but because the entire thing is made out of styrofoam it is very lightweight so even the slightest bit of wind makes it super hard to control especially if your trying to fly it against the wind, the plane does come with 2 batteries, the battery life is not that great though, I have only been able to get close to 10 minutes per battery and each battery takes roughly 40 mins to charge and they only include 1 charging cable so almost an hour and half to charge both batteries, all in all I think it's a little overpriced in my opinion for the over quality of this rc plane, but as I mentioned before it's still really fun to play with.

This is a great deal. It's my favorite RC device (is it a plane? it's more like a sky boat). It flies brilliantly. It lacks the control surfaces to be truly acrobatic (not necessarily a bad thing), but has strong twin engines and a large elevator, and exceptional automated stabilization. My 12yo, who doesn't fly usually, was able to keep it aloft, in decent wind, no problem, and even did a couple touch-and-gos.I've flown at least a dozen flights myself, and this plane is a treat. we love it.We've only had a few hard landings, no crashes, but it looks great. For fun, I added carbon fiber supports to make it more rigid. It is a blast. It flies like a boat. You point it into the wind and it plows through it like a ship at see. The range is excellent.Note, due to lack of wings, if you lose too much speed, it will fall straight down like a rock (like an A10), so don't let that happen. This is not a glider. It is easy to fly, but it's fairly fast, small, and needs some room. Keep it moving, it is light with strong engines, so use them.I love this plane, I want more!

I bought this expecting more of a novelty RC plane, but it’s surprisingly capable once you get the hang of it. The amphibious design is what makes it stand out — taking off from water gets an immediate “wow” reaction from kids and adults alike. The foam construction is lightweight but tougher than it looks. It handled several rough landings and minor crashes without major damage, which is important because you will crash a few times learning.Flight controls are beginner-friendly compared to hobby-grade RC planes. It’s stable enough for newer flyers but still fun once you get comfortable. The two included batteries are a huge plus because one battery never feels like enough with RC toys.
